Women Growing in Faith is a ministry at Holy Redeemer Catholic Parish created and developed by women for women. Our vision is to provide adult women from all stages and vocations of life the opportunity to grow with correct teachings, insight, and material about the Catholic Church. Our hope is that Women Growing in Faith will be an easy way for women to connect (or reconnect) with the beauty of our Catholic faith and with our beautiful community of Catholic women. We aim to provide an easily accessible venue to inform and educate participants with resources and information to inspire, motivate, encourage and support them in their personal faith journey.

Ivonne Heath

Ivonne Health is an Integrative Nutrition Coach with a passion for empowering Catholic women to discover the profound connection between faith and health. As a devoted mother of two, Ivonne's journey into health coaching stemmed from her desire to enhance the well-being of families through holistic approaches.

Having received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York City, Ivonne is equipped with comprehensive knowledge in nutrition, health, and wellness, coupled with specialized coaching skills. She dedicates her expertise to leading workshops on nutrition and well-being, offering group health and nutrition coaching tailored specifically to women and teens as well as 1:1 coaching. Fluent in Spanish, Ivonne extends her coaching services to Spanish- speaking communities.

In addition to her coaching endeavors, Ivonne shares her insights and expertise through various media platforms like Mater Dei Radio where she shares advise to a healthy life. She was featured on the Spanish podcast "Mindset for Catholic Moms" as well as being a panelist with Catholic Young Professionals of Portland, OR last October.

Ivonne aims to inspire and empower Catholic women to prioritize their health and deepen their spiritual journey.
